For the submission of the electronic dissertation in any case the Application form form must be filled out. You decide which rights of use you would like to grant.

  • Send us the electronic version without DRM protection by e-mail or secure file exchange, on a data carrier or by direct upload to our repository.

     

  • Which rights do you want to assign?

    CC license or simple right to publish. Please tick the appropriate box on the registration form.

  • You can hand in the printed copies personally at the service desk or send them by mail to the following address:

  • The number depends on the license you have assigned (must be checked on the registration form). If you have granted a CC license, 3 printed copies must be handed in. If you have given the university library the simple right to publish on the Internet, 10 printed copies must be handed in (e.g. in the case of publisher publications that do not permit a CC-BY license. In this case, please provide us with the publishing contract as proof of publication rights).

     

  • in German and English - max. 1 DIN A4 page each, please send us by e-mail or secure file exchange, on a data carrier or by direct upload to our repository.

  • A CV does not have to be included in either the printed or the electronic version of your dissertation.

  • are complicated... As a rule, it must be clarified for each individual article whether and how publication on our publication server is possible.
