The Service Desk is the first point of contact for all questions relating to using the library, researching and obtaining literature and searching for information. You will be informed quickly and competently and, if necessary, directed to other areas of the library.
 

Library staff are available Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4 pm. Outside of these hours, basic services such as topping up printer accounts or renewal requests are of course carried out by student colleagues.

Do you also need individual support on a specific topic? Use our "Book a Librarian" service.

You will find a defibrillator at the service desk. This is a so-called layman's defibrillator, i.e. the device analyzes the situation independently and gives instructions in German on what exactly to do. Please do not hesitate to start using it straight away in an emergency.
