Textbook sales

When textbooks are removed from the University Library's collection, this is usually because we have purchased a new edition. This does not automatically mean that the contents of the old textbooks are incorrect, it is just that an aspect may be missing or minor typing errors may still be uncorrected in the book. All in all, this is no reason to throw the book away. It would be possible for us to give such books to resellers, but first we want our students to have the opportunity to reuse these books for private use.
 

For this reason, we offer discarded textbooks for sale for around 10% of the original purchase price. The sales shelf is located directly next to the staircase in the textbook collection. If you would like to purchase one of the books, please report to the Service Desk with the book.
