TUCard for employees

For employees of TU Clausthal, the TUCard is valid as a library card. You can find an application form for the TUCard on the TU homepage. Please fill it out and hand it in to the Student Secretariat with a photo.

Have the TUCard activated at the Service Desk before borrowing items for the first time!

Expiration date
The TUCard is valid for one year. The period of validity can be extended free of charge at the Service Desk, also by telephone.

Change of address
In your own interest, please notify the Service Desk immediately of any change of address. Please also note that your current e-mail address is required for notifications. A TU Clausthal e-mail address is recommended.

Loss of ID
Please report the loss of your TUCard to the Service Desk immediately to avoid misuse. You can find an application form for a new TUCard on the TU website. Please refer to the form for the costs incurred.

The library card is not transferable. By registering, you accept the user regulations of the Clausthal University Library.
