Library introduction for first semester students

On a tour of the university library, you will learn interesting facts about using the library and about the individual areas of the library. You will visit the textbook collection, the reading room and the stacks. Afterwards, you will be given a brief introduction to the TU Clausthal general catalog.

If required, we will be happy to give you a brief insight into the history of the University Library and/or briefly discuss the Calvörsche Bibliothek, a historical collection that is maintained at the University Library.
