Details on the publication process

After your article has been accepted for publication, you will be asked to confirm your institutional affiliation. To enable rapid publication of your article, you should confirm your affiliation as soon as possible.

After you have confirmed your institutional affiliation, Springer Nature and TU Clausthal will check whether your article is eligible and notify you as soon as your article has been approved.

PAR fees
€ 2,600(Note: Non-research articles will no longer incur their own PAR fees from 2024)

Fully Open Access (APCs)

  • Publications in Springer Natures pure (Gold/Fully Gold) Open Access journals are charged at the list price fee (APC) minus a 20% discount. Fully Open Access journals of the Nature brand (e.g. Nature Communications) are excluded from this.
